- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

1. Prep the chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry and cut in half lengthwise if they are thick. This helps them cook evenly.
2. Mix the topping
In a bowl, combine:
- mayonnaise
- Parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
Mix until smooth and thick.
3. Coat the chicken
Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
4. Air fry
Place chicken in the air fryer basket (don’t overlap).
Cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, until:
- top is golden
- chicken reaches 165°F internal temp
5. Rest & serve
Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
